What shipping methods do you use?
We typically use USPS First class shipping, which takes 3-5 business days. If you would like a faster shipping method, please email us. We try to ship within four days unless it is a custom order. Custom orders ship within 1 to 2 weeks once proof is approved. Wedding orders ship within 3 to 4 weeks once the design is finalized.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applicable on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Georgia. The rate for Georgia residents is 7%. Georgia state law requires that we charge sales tax on the full amount of the merchandise. Shipping charges will not be taxed.
What is your RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns unless the goods were defective due to a Dolci Odille error, as opposed to shipping damage.
Do you have a privacy policy?
We do not share any of your information with outside parties.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
How secure is this store?
